Yes it was calibtated. It does it from 6 to 7 and 14 to 15. It does it in high and low. When it gets warm it doesn't do it.
If its only them gears in all the ranges I'd say you've probably got a faulty solanoid.
If you look on the right hand side of the gearbox in side the rear wheel you'll see a bank of solanoids with plugs on . I'd suggest swapping the 3rd one with another one and see if the problem moves. From memory they are all held in by 6 cap headed alen bolts and a plate holding them all in situ. The wiring should be labeled.
From experience though they usually work when oil is cold and fail once it warms up.
Strange that it calibrates ok though as this usually throws up an error if you have a fault
