New Holland t7040 - The gearbox no shift gears

I can't change my gear with joystick. Gearbox stopped at 9 forward and 3 backward. Tractor normally drives but I can't change gears. I thought calibration would help but it displays error ( U36 ). Normally when I turned the ignition display usually show 1 backward and 7 forward now show 9 forward and 3 backward just like the gears stopped. Anyone know what is the problem ?

Just checked and U36 is -
Max allowed clutch calibration value
exceeded - Current value exceeded without lugging the engine down.
Possible PWM valve faulty or a low hydraulic pressure fault

As above I would check your oil pressure first of all.

Did it try and calibrate any clutch packs or just show U36 straight away?

Error displayed only during calibration
.Everything else works drives but does not change gears are all the time it same. Propobly the computer has locked. Can't somehow reset it? All pressure is fine. This is not a mechanical fault.

Garbage in, garbage out. Is the age old computer adage. Check any loom connections followed by sensors, connections and/or PwM type actuators or valves.

I've got something in my mind that 9 and 3 are limp home gears they revert to [emoji848]

How do you know your pressures are good? You say U36 only shows up during calibration but does it show up before actually starting the process or only once a certain pack is being calibrated?

As above you could also check all the wiring and sensors, I've seen issues with pressure sensors in the past but it's nice to know the gearbox pressures are ok first before fault finding the electrics

Ok, it was calibrated without any errors but still don't want change gears. Everything has been cleaned and checked and nothing else ...
