I have a New Holland TM 150 which keeps jumping out of gear. The error code CP comes up. I have tried to calibrate but it won't let me. The error code f27 comes up.
Any ideas?

That's what mine done, can't remember if it had cp up when it done it though. Dealer checked the shuttle and found it faulty. The tractor does it in any gear, forward or reverse. Could be doing 40k and it just jumps to neutral with the CP code. If you turn the tractor off and on again it might go for an hour and not do it.
That would be the cheapest part to replace first. Take it out and have a look at it. If it's damaged then damper plate will be breaking up. If it looks ok then damper plate most likely ok, give it a clean and try it. Used to do that with our 165 occasionally. Also check cab earths. Large earth strap right hand side rear of cab and also small earth cable attached to back of spool block. Bad earth causes all sorts of weird problems. Is the speed sensor on the bell housing at the left side of the tractor beside the diesel tank or on the right under the cab beside steps?

Yes damper plate definatly rattles if getting knackered. I ignored it when the TM135 started doing that. Eventually it went altogether while ploughing. Losing drive, steering and hydraulics as well. It had about 6000hrs on it at the time.I haven't had experience of a damper going so I'm not sure about the filings, I was told when you switch the engine off you can hear a rattle from the bell housing area when it's on the way out, the other warning sign was the speed sensor.
You could get powercommand in the smaller TM 140 tooI think it's the engine rpm sensor on the flywheel/damper plate.
Didn't know they did a tm150 power command!
