New Holland TS115 Shuttle / Forward-Reverse synchronizer calibration

Hello!
Another day another mystery, I thought I would calibrate the gearbox per the repair manual because I found that every time it shifts C1 and C2 clutches (so from 2 to 3, 6 to 7) its too jumpy and if its under load it even stops for a fraction of a second.
But when I set the rpm to 1200, AC off, parking brake on, shuttle in forward gear levels are where they should be and I press either the upshift or downshift buttons it throws error code U36. Now this code is not present in my service manual. I read that somewhere that it means that I first have to calibrate the shuttle lever itself. But how do I do that? Its not in my manual.
I have the 16X16 Electroshift trans with the left hand orange shuttle.

It looks like you go into CAL mode first and then into SOC to calibrate the shuttle before continuing to the rest of the clutch packs...
Are you holding both up and downshift buttons together while starting the tractor to get CAL displayed on the dash?

That should be it! My manual doesn't tell me anything about the SOC menu. And the error codes stop at U35. Is it your manual? If so where did you get it? I would like to have a copy for myself as well.

No,not my manual. I found it on Google...You should be able to save it or print it.

Is the tractor oil hot enough? Don't think they will calibrate with cold oil.
