Give it a chance , a couple of days at least .Paint still holding good.
Is it a side mount engine?Built on a digger skid unit I would say.
Cheapest way to kit out a new factory in another country is to send all you're old jigs and tooling out there. They are used to old exported machines anyway so it's still a step forward for them.Brilliant salesmanship, start with the rear wheel steer, launch a four wheel steer, launch a low boom model, launch a new improved model with a new transmission............!
To them its no different to the impact the 1st telehandlers had here, much of their lifting and carrying is still manual labour. I did like the fact that air conditioning is an option, anyone who has visited the Worlds greatest industrialised nation will have seen that air conditioning there is more or less non existent on construction machinery and they often just fit a rollover bar and sun canopy. When I mentioned this to the wifes uncle he could not believe that the UK felt it necessary to fit such luxuries to excavators etcCheapest way to kit out a new factory in another country is to send all you're old jigs and tooling out there. Whilst you could construe from my post that we just send them any old junk you also have to consider that they don't have the skills to deal with electrics and over complicated machines. They are more than happy with what we had in the 80s so I'd guess its a very profitable market for jcb.To them its no different to the impact the 1st telehandlers had here, much of their lifting and carrying is still manual labour. I'm not sure that many in this country have the skills to deal with the complicated machinery either.Whilst you could construe from my post that we just send them any old junk you also have to consider that they don't have the skills to deal with electrics and over complicated machines. But they can send out the very expensive fitter here.I'm not sure that many in this country have the skills to deal with the complicated machinery either.
New India made jcb
Not old junk at all, good basic engineering and at the end if the day far more likely to work long term than if they had a latest generation loadall.Whilst you could construe from my post that we just send them any old junk you also have to consider that they don't have the skills to deal with electrics and over complicated machines.
