New low loader weak metal

Location

I’ve got this low loader and just wondered what people think to metal flexing?
My negbours have the same issue with all the welds breaking mine is 2 months old theirs is 12.
Manufacture say they been using the ramps wrong and that the flex on mine is normal if you wobble the ramps by hand the c channel all flexes.
I think I’m going to have to get the welder out and reinforce it for a YouTube video

Neither the design spec nor the paint finish fill me with optimism TBH
The 'flexing' looks like structural fatigue & stress cracking based in all probability on some form of flaw in either the design or manufacturing process.
Without knowing what work it has done then it is difficult to say what has potentially accelerated the fatigue
Certainly shouldn't be looking like that after 12 months never mind 2 months old

Even to the untrained eye (mine) those photos are of a poor quality product. Even the wire going through the steel doesn’t have a grommet to prevent chafing.

C channel will flex very easily, only have to look at an artic trailer that's had one side unloaded. The difference is how it's been designed and welded together

Did you Pay for it out right ? or on finance if on finance there are your friend.
It’s there machine let them deal with it? It’s not yours until you pay the last penny so they will kick some ass.
Looks like draughtsman need to go back to engineering school.
Can we see a photo of the complete lowloader.

I have a short low loader artic trailer with bogey that loads over the side, it flexes like hell when I put my 13 ton slew on it, its very old and has not broke, as you say it designed to do it.
don't look much like the one in the photos was made to flex and should be sent back
