New phone and broadband providers

Any recommendations for a phone and broadband provider, currently with by but there customer service is none existent, and when you do get thru to some one they can't help and they transfer you to someone else and it go's on, and they are expensive !

Been with EE for a few years ,,service is spot on and cheaper

For mobiles.... no idea...

Currently with Plusnet for BB and landline phone, having moved from John Lewis (which is also handled by Plusnet), having been with Plusnet for many years before that. Always been happy with price and service.

Mobile also with Plusnet now, which uses EE as a carrier, but for far less money. Previously with Virgin for mobile, but moved as they are migrating customers from EE signal to Vodafone, then to O2.

EE Broadband and Line here.... Gives you 5GB of Data Free on a EE Mobile IRC... Not been an issue.

When the deals up and they take the pee price-wise... I'll do the usual blag to get them to drop it , failing that Sky keeps offering deals.
