Why is it no good for classic class it's exactly as it came out the county factory!Thats no ggod for the classic class, too heavy for your trailer as well. Whats wrong with the 35.
Not quite, it's a 4000 with a county kit on it. You can tell by the 6 stud rear wheels genuine built Hounslow 4000 fours built from a 4000 skid have 8 stud heavy duty rear half shafts. But that's nit picking reallyWhy is it no good for classic class it's exactly as it came out the county factory!
Didn't pay that much attention! I remember a few years ago a guy ploughed in the classic class at the British with a four wheel drive 4600 think it was a county can't quite remember. Not quite, it's a 4000 with a county kit on it. I am not sure. I know the rules say no four wheel drive conversions but think that's open to interpretation!Yeah they made 4600 fours, lovely tractors I'd love to own a 4000 four like Gav's but there serious money. As far as I'm aware you can plough in the classic with a county? or is it a grey area
Sure that was sold as a county 4000 so will be a classic, we brought one thorough a ford dealer but it came from county tractorsI suppose it's like anything in match Ploughing people only start complaining when you start winning...........
Can get one of them for any tractor and just get a wide front wheel with some wheel weights in it do kinda the same job. Or just put skimmer in a bit to break the furr to take shine off.But with the PAVT wheel out everything gets rolled and you don't get the shine on every other furrow
Won't apply to this kit as it has a 2furrow reversible on the backBut with the PAVT wheel out everything gets rolled and you don't get the shine on every other furrow
Won't be long before it has a KV on the back from what the op was telling me at your judging seminar @ploughman61Won't apply to this kit as it has a 2furrow reversible on the back
Just look at Howard 150 post about ploughs ages, almost certain to have kv's in classic classWon't be long before it has a KV on the back from what the op was telling me at your judging seminar @ploughman61
Is that Nick Davenports tractor, if not its very similar ?
He not going classic world style with the bonningsWon't be long before it has a KV on the back from what the op was telling me at your judging seminar @ploughman61
