New Printer

I know this has been done to death before, however I am getting fed up with having to clean the print head on my printer and continually changing ink cartridges. Its an Epson which I know dont have the best reputation these days but is a few years old. I need something for general office use, I keep trying to print less but that doesnt seem to happen, needs to be colour to keep Mrs BG happy. Probably most important it must have a good scanner as all paper invoices are scanned into Xero accounts, would a feed system work better than lifting up the cover all the time. I suspect a move to laser, any suggestions from the TFF massive?

I got a L2710 Brother laser after getting pee'd off with Epson blocking and making a mess of stuff. Don't need colour here and it does everything we need .

We do lots of B & W pages & a handfull of colour.

Oki Laser does the heavy lifting. Can zap out 30 pages / minute
£100 cartridge lasts 12 months. Will check how many pages that is
Cheapo Canon does the colour

Edit.
Laser B & W OKI B431dn bought from Printerland
Works out at 1p a page Has printed 141,400 pages so far & still going fine
Does not include a scanner though

In the past I`ve rung Printerland, explained what is needed & they have suggested options.
