New roof-solar or not?

I know others have asked this question before but things change so fast....who would be a good source of advise regarding the best design and economics of installing (some) panels on a south facing 25mx 10m packhouse roof. The asbestos has had it so I have to re-roof the building either way. We have no stock but run a potato bagging line from mid May on, as well as all the usual demand.

if you are able to do the installation your self it is worth while, I have been installing some black 300w panels at £90 each. if you are not bothered about colour then possibly slightly cheaper,
do you have three phase, you can connect 16A per phase without needing to contact the DNO, as long as the inverter cannot exceed this limit, you can install 12kw of panels on to a 10kw inverter

Best to use a steel roof preferably insulated then attach the panels to it.
There is no cheap way to directly use the panels as roofing that I am aware of. Also panels work best at their coolest so need air running past them bith under and over.
If you are working 7 days a week , it will definitely be a good investment.
I am working on a couple of proposals at the moment , if you want to PM me rough figures for usage, do you run a cold store and is it 365 days etc.
remember 75% of generation is April - September
And 75% of generation is from 10- 2 in the afternoon as a rough guide, can you use it, is always the question
