I'm tight, prefer putting panels between beams as makes shed bigger. Just have to be careful and not catch bucket on edge.

If it's a bedded livestock house I think panels are better on the face of the beam as it keeps straw and dung away from the steelwork. Have seen them done with panels between beams and a small plinth concreted around the post to stop the dung getting at the steel.
