Love the tyre marks on the wall. Better be plenty of steel in the walls.

Poles look new so I assume he paid to get them higher.
Although knowing NIE it would be an expensive option.
Poles were high enough anyway, just happened to be renewed year before. Nie would have to move them at their cost anyway if they are in the way for farm buildings but didn't want to as would have needed stay wires out into field.
