Poles look new so I assume he paid to get them higher.

Poles were high enough anyway, just happened to be renewed year before. Nie would have to move them at their cost anyway if they are in the way for farm buildings but didn't want to as would have needed stay wires out into field.

I'm wondering if it is because they are not the supply for the farm? look like they are going right on past. Is that a different scenario?
