That’s the second recommendation for that so looks like a winner.I fitted one of these about 4 years ago for a static caravan.
Ended up getting staff toilets connected to it as well.
Been no bother.

It does at least look a proper thing that I can forget about for years.
.....Cue banjo, all manner of Hi-7 and webbed toe jokes....
Make that for half the cost, (even less if you have the IBC) hes only added a few bits of pipes cut in the side and top. That’s the second recommendation for that so looks like a winner.

I would look carefully at the Legionella regulations & rain water.
As climate change warms up our planet this issue is rising up the list of things to be aware of. If you have folk using this type of water you then have the responsibility of looking after their health. A minefield but simple enough if approached properly.
There are UV light systems out there which are standard fitment in rain water holding tanks. This makes a buried tank & a simple pump an easy option. Gone are the days of a frozen IBC on a roof & no water available to a reliable underground tank.
In my world this is now a weekly check item resulting in each tap needing to be run for two minutes. There's a lot of taps! There is also a minimum temperature that the hot should be set at; 43 degrees plus or minus 3 degrees so your heater will have to comply as well or set to deliver at this temperature or above. Again tested. All the hot taps are fitted with a TMV 3 so adjustable
Fit a couple of nice toilets & a good system for the effluent. This will future proof your site. With two you then have a his & hers.

They're way more progressive than where I work. Very, very segregated, but then it is a single sex environment.Odd you say "his and hers", a brand new local secondary school has unisex toilets.
