New tanker week or so ago.
Question about filling, will fill ok with watery slurry but if it gets thick at all really struggles, takes an age wont fill up to sight glass even. Alot of pressure build up when released and no thick slurry in pipe when taken off. Old abbey 1300 filled thick stuff fine, so thick a couple of time wouldnt run out of tanker in neutral!!

What size of pump is on it and what speed are you running it at? I'd try reducing the pto speed or using 2 pipes. Big pumps and 6 inch pipes don't work well in thick slurry

Fit a turbo pump , you will never be without one again ! Full loads everytime thin frothy slurry / thick crap , every load brim full . Over the life of a tanker it will more than pay for itself

11000 pump running it at 300ish rpm
Pretty sure pump is 540.
It will be a 540 pump with a recommended speed of 350rpm, but this will be too high for some situations with a single 6 inch pipe. Try 2 pipes or filling on tickover, if the tanker still doesn't fill full there's something wrong with it.

Tick over will suck very little . If you want vacuum then Rev it up.

And throw the water hose on the suction pipe for a few fills, especially around the joints, just to test, it might be a cheaper option ........... (y)

Yeah gate valve is opening fully. Fills full when watery slurry or out of effluent tank. Tank 6 feet deep
That rules the valve out then. Is it 6 foot to the bottom of tank or to the top of the slurry? Also do you have a gauge on the tanker to show what pressure you have? If so what vacuum are you achieving?
