I have nearly purchased a house in Rusper , UK and the land comes with a 5 Acre field which has a road access. The field is on clay and someone rentals the field from the currant owner at a unkowm rate for 6 horses . The fencing is secure ( partly bushes ) but basic in area's. Could anyone give me any advise about how much someone in this area should charge ? and if rentable properly what I would have to do? ( as they seem to be happy with fencing at the moment?
