I'm not sure why they tried to tie it to heritage with the 3000 series....... I would have thought the 3000 series would best be forgotten as what set Massey back for decades and very nearly destroyed them....
The 3000 series is 1 of there better achievements. Was ahead of the competition on most areas. Looked the dogs balls aswel. It was the 61 series that set them back

7 years ...... or approximately 102,000 tonnes of silage/maize/other stuff & included an auger rebuild 18 months ago but body was coming away from chassis so NBG now

I think ours will be around 120,000 tons, it corkscrewed the shaft between the 2 rotors when a piece of the shear grab jammed the rear auger, other than that been a good machine.

The only shiny bit is the rams and oil leaks , but apparently I couldn’t justify a brand new loadall to push a few posts in

Best tractor I’ve ever used on a scraper when you get used it then can stick them anywhere

Bg junior asked me what it was like, I said it’s like moving from Windows to Apple. Got the isobus going and took a while but did get the spreader working on the joystick. The integrated radio has dab :)

Mine is back now, have a few acres of fert to do.

Didn’t really have it long enough to work it out. It did accelerate quickly. Screen will take some learning. More space there will help, I think it’s possible to move stuff onto the dashboard screen. joystick is nice don’t have to move it as far more like a combine joystick. There’s more options to program buttons. It has a little wheel which you can use at anytime to change the cruise speed, like a Jd. In theory the little joystick will control iso machines so I shouldn’t need the muller joystick for my sprayer. I didn’t use the sat nav much but that looks better.

All the physical stuff is the same, I’m sure there’s lots on it I didn’t find. Going to have one for a few days in the summer andgive it a proper go.

Thought the tractor looked bigger, I have the same spreader on a TM155 and only when have compound fert weighing 2.4t does it start to feel light on the road, never use weights, but dont have hills ether

I usually use a 724, before i was offered the demo I was going to use our 6250r. I would have used those weights with that, it usually has 800 kg on the front. I slid out of a tramline a couple of weeks ago with the sprayer, drilling barley this year was a record on 1 field as I only spun out once with the vaddy on. These days I can say nav the tramlines in and drill the steepest down hill. It’s not a massive area of steep but much safer with enough weights
