Must be a gear between the motor and the pump. Runs ok till you try to pump grease into a nipple, then it sounds like a gear jumping teeth.
Out of warranty as well. 😪😪
Will open it and see if theres a fix when I get a minute.
Mine went a few weeks ago
A plastic gear, ended up getting a ryobi part as you could only get Milwaukee one with the electric motor I think

Even got the cattle man's boots on , or is it a bit wet under foot now
Been ploughing in muck and digestate. Not in same field. So working wellies cause of that.

The digestate as you'll know is pretty foul stuff. Put a fair bit on with cost of fert and trying to plough it in hard behind them to save nutrient loss.

It's on my to do list to tidy it up but office jobs and laying machines past take priority. Be a job for a wet day. Not been many yet.

To be honest I wouldn’t even say it’s that dirty but it would be much easier kept with a removable rubber mat!!
Do you ever take the standard new Holland rubber mat out?

I've started but looks like it would be a fair job to remove and refit.

I normally just use airline and blow it out. Would like to get it properly clean though. Don't like taking pressure washer in cab.

No it’s never been stood on. Either had my previous one in 5 years lol.
Both have had a new Holland carpet mat, plus a fitted rubber mat on the top. Which are both 3 seconds to remove.

Always thought it seemed a pain getting the actual rubber floor clean if using it bare. I’d probably use some car shampoo and a wash mitt to scrub the rubber floor once you’d got the big bits out with a dustpan and brush.
Then Autoglym vinyl and rubber care to bring the sheen back. Be suprising how easy you find it.
