Must be a gear between the motor and the pump. Runs ok till you try to pump grease into a nipple, then it sounds like a gear jumping teeth.
Out of warranty as well.
Will open it and see if theres a fix when I get a minute.
Common problem, it's a plastic gear. Should be able to get one from C J Sinclair.

It was the worst product launch ever. They nailed the marketing, it was fantastic. I signed up for priority for it in October 20 and it arrived on Wednesday. They never put a time scale or a cap on the amount of people who could order and misjudged the interest they had created. Its for use on our campsite for the summer seasons.....or at least thats what I'm telling myself
