Well wear. How do you like the newrock tank is it nice to pull on the road?
does the hitch hop with the ts on the back ?

Its nice and easy to pull, just sits there. Havent noticed any hop, the axle on the tanker was built further back to take into account the eventual addition of a trailing shoe.

Over all I love the tanker, it spreads as well/evenly as a Hi Spec but handles like a Herron. Seems very stable on some rather...interesting slopes! Just waiting on a hydraulic vaccum pump now, PTO shafts are a pain and a danger!

Id also like to know this as I’m currently stuck between adding a bar on the back of ours and just going all in and getting a large tandem with a chassis mounted setup.

Very good. I have a newrock as well. I have to say it’s very nice to pull when full there isn’t much bouncing. Maybe it’s the tyre choice. There is a slight hop on the drawbar when tank is empty with the db on back so was just curious. Health to wear.

We went from a 2500 high spec to a 3000 Redrock,I’d never go back. The difference between the two on the road is like night and day, even though they are on identical tyres.

I don’t find ours bad on the road to be fair. It’s a great tanker actually. But we also use an ancient NC 1550 alongside it. With the new spreading laws in a years time we will have to go down to 1 tanker so a 3000 or 3500 tandem would be nice but it also depends on how ours trades in against one.
