I’m gonna say hurlimann because I’ve never heard of one breaking
Hilarious but true.
Your after describing a green and yellow tractor perfectly.Best brand for a dealer to sell is the one that drivers and owners love to drive (spend a day in)with plenty of problems therefore large parts and service revenue. With a quick and efficient parts backup.
This is why the best tractor for reliability may not be best sellers
I'm glad there isnt a Claas option
Do these warranties cost much? John Deere & Fendt for example?
well, didn't know that. at 73 a 5yr warranty is probably surplus to requirements. still got over a year left on my suzuki.Aprilia ?View attachment 834179
Apologies to Claas & Kubota owners, I forgot to include them. Please feel free to mention good or bad experiences.
Go on then give us the listall tractors break down but it is the speed at which it is put right that is important, take MF at the moment there is 84 on going problems with the 77 range these problems started out in the 76 range & only now when there is a yank in charge of the factory in France that these problems will get sorted out most are taking over 300 days to be looked at were as problems with Fendt are looked at with in 7 days & sorted out by 21 days , it is not a quick fit answer this is to stop it from being a problem any more
so what do you run now? one problem in pembs a firm that machined the heads only had a machine for four pot engines so the milled the heads from both endsChocolate Gaskets on the Claas, Jd engine of course but a sweep under the carpet job really.

They sold thousands of these engines though with same issues. Now a 30 series JD is a classic, sought after tractor!Still got it. If it was a fridge or a car it would have been recalled.
our local valtra dealer has sold a lot of tractors in the last few years , but now at 3 or 4 years old they are not buying valtra's again, some places with 3 or 4 of them are buying other tractors this time around for some reasonHow come Valtra aren’t more popular if they’re so good?
You should form an owners club if there isn’t one already, it would be super.
there were 6 spanner men from all over the Uk asked to go to the factory at the start of the year to try and get a handle on all the problems they have with them and they are going back later this year or the start of next year to see if things have got any better with them, if you think there are no problems open your eyes and talk to the people that have work on themGo on then give us the list
why did you got to ford or new holland was price a lot to do with it ?They sold thousands of these engines though with same issues. Now a 30 series JD is a classic, sought after tractor!
They were the end of JD tractors here. Used to be all John Deere.
Well I DO work on them and yes there's problems so I want you to verify all the things wrong so that I am prepared for any that I may have missed.there were 6 spanner men from all over the Uk asked to go to the factory at the start of the year to try and get a handle on all the problems they have with them and they are going back later this year or the start of next year to see if things have got any better with them, if you think there are no problems open your eyes and talk to the people that have work on them
Why would MF ask me after having there tractors for 40 odd years & putting up with all the highs & lows with them we have seen the light at the end of that road & moved away from them, it is all history nowWell I DO work on them and yes there's problems so I want you to verify all the things wrong so that I am prepared for any that I may have missed.
I'm surprised you weren't ask along to massey to problem solve
