Totally agree, it not just the hp that's different, the example you use of the 215r compared to the 195r is a 1000kgs difference in lift capacity due to bigger lift rams fitted as standard, (90mm as opposed to 85).If I’ve learnt anything in my farming career always buy the highest hp in any range. For example a Puma 240 cvx is more sought after than a 195 cvx for example. Also JD 6215R far more sought after than a 6195R.
£3300 is nothing over the life of the tractor and the extra money over 5 years today will cost you about £100 per year in interest.
