why even mention the list price then its a waste of time.thats list price. I
We have just priced up to swap our 2 tractors, Massey new was 81,000. Valtra was 85000. both agco dealers value them identical. Both within 50hrs of each other..
Did David brown not do this in the 1980’s with the 90 series? The cab heater tool air in at the from of the cab, which was too hot, so they changed the fan to suck air from the cab end.You have to love MF fan boys, never even seen the thing and and still he preaches about how amazing it is . And as for sucking air from the cab end why would you do that the cleanest air is the air in front of the tractor not behind it all your doing is sucking the heat from the engine and transmission and blowing it into the cooling system.
Yes they did, and then when hedgecutting the leaves etc clogged the rad fan side , which wasn't easy to clean.Did David brown not do this in the 1980’s with the 90 series? The cab heater tool air in at the from of the cab, which was too hot, so they changed the fan to suck air from the cab end.
Not seen one yet. I like to get the price sorted first. Then I will spend a bit of time having a look at them ..So @Dog how about a review of this new unknown series? Likes and gripes?
Agree that some don't understand finance, mine comes in under 5% though and I didn't have to work too hard to get that either.£2-3k total interest the duck claims £20k ! 6% example above £1800, if you can’t get 6% it will be more. Probably best to start a new thread, its amazes me people don’t work the real cost of various methods of finance.

In 5 years time the bigger tractor will be worth more & will be better to sell.Could we get back to the original post please. What would the difference be in value after 5 years.

All static running engines , run by taking air from around the engine & then puts it out throw the rad our pump sets are like that & they work very well but they are not moving or working in dustCouldn’t know how you would cool a radiator with air from a hot engine
You'll know better than me, but the 7720 seemed to be quite a popular model in previous range? In 5 years time the bigger tractor will be worth more & will be better to sell.
They certainly look the part and I hope they are brilliant but it would be nice to see a few years down the line how reliable they are as Massey has a habit of bringing out some utterly fantastic tractors......and some utter shedsThe 8S is a massive step forward in tractor design compared to anything else on the market apart from a JCB. These are the only two playing in the same league currently in my opinion.
you could not buy a 24 or 26 with dyna VT box for while & the dyna 6 in then was not good, so that could why there is not as many aboutYou'll know better than me, but the 7720 seemed to be quite a popular model in previous range?
Be as many, if not more than 24s and 26s.

I wasn't aware of that. Sure that explains it.you could not buy a 24 or 26 with dyna VT box for while & the dyna 6 in then was not good, so that could why there is not as many about
It was only the 7626 that wasnt available with vt at the start but became available later on. The 77 series was always available with vt so thats not the reasonyou could not buy a 24 or 26 with dyna VT box for while & the dyna 6 in then was not good, so that could why there is not as many about
whats actually happened poss by accident is there will be an age gap in older 7720 & up masseys just not there in the used market at 3-5yrs old say as they couldnt sell anymore of themIt was only the 7626 that wasnt available with vt at the start but became available later on. Definitely needs 500 hp
That does double as a snow plough, apparently 4.5m wide on the road with snow chains is a bit of a handful!!!!
