Looking to replace a set of tyres on a 250hp tractor... Tractor is used mainly for cultivation and drilling, but does a fair bit of road work when needed....Normally run Michelin Mach x bibs but have spoken to vredestein rep at Lamma that reckons traxion xxl are a better option!!!! But obviously he's selling them, anyone got any opinions please.....

The BKT vf range are getting a lot of interest around here..
Just put a set of standard BKT on our 7810.. can't be any worse than the Kleber we had before... weak sidewalls couldn't take the weight..

I’m disappointed with the tyre wear on mitchelins on my valtra t 254 , I’ve complained and they say they have had trouble with this size recently .

Put a set of Mitas Cultor on a 230hp cultivation drilling tractor 1000 hours ago and they still look new. Impressed so far and they were half the price of Michelin.

We are finding no difference to the Michelin’s they replaced.

Michelin’s normally last longer... we had a set crack and a Michelin rep came out wrote down what %was left and paid a decent amount back to cover that... a lot of manufacturers wouldn’t do that!

but on wet greasy banks and especially in snowy weather Michelin’s are leathal

I’ve got BKT’s that size on 6170r Deere doing a lot of cultivating work and road work very impressed with them so far done 3000 hours now
Originally had Michelin’s on and they did 6000 hours and BKT’s r looking like they will do the same
