New Zealand (North/South ) weather compared to Uk.

I ask the above as now and again one hears of Uk farmers trying certain types farming systems that originated from New Zealand e.g outdoor lambing, milking cows in milking bail on a large scale (so cows not housed at all), fattening cattle outside.
So is the New Zealand climate more suited to the above due to being slightly drier and warmer.

The above is just like it is in March in much of Southern England
It sometimes is 🤷‍♂️ sometimes it's brilliant and sometimes not.
But the economics here are a lot different, we are paid in dollars what you are paid in pounds - so roughly half.
This means a lot of the nice-to-have things, like roof space, isn't able to be justified because the numbers per labour unit are much higher.

If the lamb job and the beef job are "fooked" now, imagine their value falls 50% and sub goes... and there you have it.
