Newbie advice needed

Hey

Recently brought just over 4acres of agricultural land, it has not been used for anything and is just grass covered, the soil is like a reddish colour.

to be honest not looking to go into anything agricultural as looking to change to residential.

mum conscious that the land needs some attention and there’s too much ground to cover to keep the grass from growing over.

So looking for a tractor (used) but not sure which one or what attachments needed to level the land and dig etc.

any advice or information would be appreciated.

There’s already residential on the side of the same plot of land and opposite, so the land in question was a larger size of land that has been split into lots for a number of years.
It’s located on a residential street on the main road of that street.

Already has a barn on the plot and council has had the request to change usage.
