In actual terms, in a specific area, land has fallen in value from 10k to less than 7k, since the vote. This to me underlines the collapsing confidence.
I only bring up tenants becaus for them, as opposed to land owners (or more particularly buyers) it is possibly a good thing?
so you have moved to somewhere where the land is cheaper and you think its a bad thing that land price here has dropped
I think 10k is f**king stupid anyway but there was some round here that made way more than that the other day, underlining the continued confidence perhaps or maybe some still haven't got any more sense

The Sooner land is down to £2k an acre the better but it won't happen

Thanks for that . Not sure why falling land prices are good for tenants though . I'd quite like to sell some land at £7,000 /ac .
