NH combine keys

Have lost the cab keys to a 2012 NH CX combine. I guess i have no other option other than buy a whole new lock and keys for it?

They were all standard - a JCB/Fendt key used to fit and probably still does.

If so a dealer will sell you a key on its own.

You can just try another key. We bought a new NH 5050 tractor and the keys from our 2011 6020 fit it. This was on a machine that cost over 3 times any car I have bought.
We lock it but no point really apart from telling the insurance we did our best if it disappears.

All the combines I've driven had door locks that would rotate after a few slams so I took to stashing a spare on the machine in case I got locked out with the keys in the ignition!

I think most are standard. Ask your dealer for one & get some spares cut at Timpson for half the price.

Got locked out of my Class Dominator cab with the engine running once .Had to remove a window to get back on again

I'm pretty sure the door key is just a Bomag/Manitou key.

The ignition is the same as a Bobcat key.

You can turn the outer boss of the side window catch with Mole Grips, from the outside.
