Mine was most reliable tractor I’ve ever owned but sold it at 3000 hours because didn’t get on with the gearbox and wasn’t 200hp like the salesman lead me to believe.

We had one on hire last spring was a great tractor Ended up being nicknamed the pocket rocket preffered it to the 250/260s that are in the yard

Make sure tranny operates as should and if it has elec spools make sure they work both ways and float

Had ours 2 years about 1800 hrs now. No problems I can think of ,main jobs are baling abd 4m combi..yes happy enough.

Very impressed with the tractor,does everything the 210 did only negative is it could do with rear wheel weights especially on the mowers. Gearbox is very good.

Gearbox takes time to learn. Avoid spending all day at a speed in heavy work where it is shifting between the two ranges.

Make sure services are carried out on the dot.

I had a t7225 out this week on demo ploughing with the auto command and liked it a lot . Very smooth . Had it in range lock to save jumping ranges . Normal yoke is a power command which I like in the field but find it very slow through the gears on the road and dangerous pulling out at busy junctions ?

Love ours, its had a new gearbox at low hours, not the vario bit though. Make sure you spec 1000eco.

Just remember to knock 40HP off the bonnet number to get the real normal power.

Its not the hydrostat part that fails. I understand that cartridge is supplied by a third party and is 15 grand new.

Ours never been a problem on my second 7000 hours on the last one without a spanner on it, this one has had no end of mither with the electronic handbrake but that ain’t the gearboxes fault really...
