NH T7 SWB stabilizer part number

Anyone knows how this part that holds one end of the stabiliser is called and what part number should it have? 2015 T7 SWB

Also, is it like looks it is? The screws are going all the way through axle and I need to remove the diesel tank to take the screws out?

You need to look for stabiliser bracket, possibly part 5154775.
You should be able to remove and replace with the diesel tank in place. Just a bit fiddly.
