NH Ts125A Eng oil pressure warning light coming on.

I have a 2004 Ts125a sle new to me that is putting on the engine oil pressure periodically. It may not come on for days and then as today it comes on in the middle of a field with an error code 14109 i think. Usually as with most people you turn it off immediately. Turn it back on and everything is as normal til next time. Most off putting. My mechanic has put pressure clock on and everything checks out and pressures are all within specs. Also whether this is linked or not it keeps dropping revs when on hand throttle just for a split second and then back to normal. Also cleaned all plugs and checked for bad connections. Would be most grateful if anyone could shed some light on this thanks

Long time since I worked on them but I think there is a oil pressure relief vale in the front cover of the engine that sticks. Seem to remember taking off all the rads and the crank pulley to get at it.

If it tested ok with a proper gauge, I'd be trying a new sender unit on.
That or run with a gauge plumbed in and see if the pressure is actually low when it throws an error.
As said it could be a sticky valve.

Thanks lads. Might try a news sender unit. Is it the same sender unit that supplies info to both the red warning light and the digital bar graph if you have it showing on the display? Today when it came on I had digital bar graph up when light came on. It was only showing 1 bar on graph. I chanced reving it a small bit which would bring up a few more bars but it didn,t stir so i turned if off. Started it immediately and everything normal. The valve in the front cover misbehaving would make a lot of sense. Hard to have confidence in a tractor doing this

Thanks Forblue. Does anyone know why it momentarily loses revs then picks up immediately? Its just a blip but happens all the time when you're spreading fert. Sometimes it's when it's bumpy but not everytime

I had my tsa cutting revs randomly over rough ground, turned out it was the big inline fuses loose on the side of the battery tray on the right hand side.
They are in a crap place and get covered in mud and start corroding. Would say its a good place to start

Thanks Del_boy. I checked that and all clean. Had that problem before on another Tsa after it let me down on the side of the road. I lost absolutely everything tractor coasting to a halt with rev counter pointing at 2200!
