Niab seed testing

I've had some seed tested and all is good but 20% of seed is infected with net blotch.
Would you risk it or get it treated, if so which product.
No bunt, no leaf stripe.

In the AHDB Barley guide they advise to treat if over 15% infection. The only STs which offer Net Blotch control are either Raxil Star or Anchor (Anchor is currently in it's use up period, deadline Jan 30th 2020).
