pick it up, and dump it in front of their door. We used to have a posh lady ride by with her dogs x3, they would run in and crap on our lawn, it was never her dogs, till I managed to catch them at it, it was then, 'they are only doing, what they have to, it doesn't matter', she was impolitely told, the next lot, would reappear through her letter box. For all her airs and graces, turned out she was only a live in groom, so the dog shite would have gone through her employers letterbox, she changed her route.

chap who sells and repairs power washers, Chinese take away, called him out to their petrol driven p/w, they had tried to run it on recycled oil, from their cooking. Another one, wanted a steam cleaner, drain kept blocking, thought heat would melt the fat, so it would 'run away'.

Dog sheet is the worst, job for the EA someone has piped that dirty stuff down a land drain which isn’t right!!
In my experience they won't even be slightly interested.
Have a polite word with the owner, if that fails put it on their social media page (or threaten to)
Surely you’d have a word with said neighbours first, unless you already have of course. The threat of getting EA involved would be a tool to use against them if they don’t get it sorted.
Fortunately they we on site and we had a discussion about the issue. Obviously they don’t know anything about the drain going through their property ?. When I walked back there was a area that was dry that had water bubbling up. They are pumping into the drain?. We’ll see what happens, they’ve got chance to fix it before we use other avenues.

Sounds ok so far. You've got to try and deal with them face to face first. If you're not getting anywhere, cover your own backside by emailing the Environment Agency in case they come after you in future when someone downstream of you decides to report you.

This - The EA won't be interested as too small a job but the local council should have issued them a licence and can check their waste collection docs for the last two years. This will include how they get rid of animal by products.

I've had EA kicking up a fuss round here before - I pointed them in the correct neighbour's direction. :)
