Well nearly a month after my last post the property has gone through and got sold today.hope the buyers will be very happy.has been a very stressful(at times) time doing the building and jumping through all the various hoops for various things.i expected to feel a load has been lifted of my shoulders but I don't.ive tolerated probably 6 months being messed about and lied to by estate agents and legal people over probably nothing.why don't people tell the truth.would I do it again, not at the moment.ive learnt a lot despite spending 30 years in the building trade.worst part is people you've known for years who take the pee and are arrogant and waste so much time.anyway it's all over and time to move on.hope you have all enjoyed reading my moans and drivel over the last 2 years and hopefully it will have helped others doing similar projects

We've nearly finished ours and hopefully moving in in the next week or so, just a few odds and ends to do for building regs.
