Shouldn’t be any closer than 50m to a private residence, that includes vertically.Skyways is a civil law action that settled the law on height of ownership; how much area above your house do you own. It was held to be not much more than the chimney pots. Drones can legally hover as planes can fly over.
Last 3 nights I’ve spotted a drone flying/hovering over our yard at about 6pm. (In darkness) only for a minute or so then its gone has anyone else ever witnessed this? Seems very suspicious!
