Seems a lot of origin stuff is quite hard had some money off per ton but would much rather fert fit for purpose. The bags aren’t the best either especially when u do the things described to them, had them break so definitely not safe to use

I’d have thought they’d be duty bound to replace it like for like. It’s a trading standards issue . Imagine if we sent a load of wheat and it was like a hard block in the wagon . Can’t see the buyers using something to bash it with.

Had some credit back tbf.
Overcoming it a bit by lying the bag on its side and gently pushing down with the flat of the pallet tines.
Sulphur fertiliser is the worst so I wasn't sure a replacement would be any better!

The problem with asking for the product to be replaced is you don’t find out it’s hard until you use it , how long would it take to get it replaced when you want to get it on now.
