NMR IT issues

I agree in that there shouldn’t/wouldn’t be an issue with the actual bacto count of the sample analysed.
I have been having a long running debate with our buyer about bactos as we are very unhappy with results. I suspect that there is an issue with either the autosampler or hoe our samples are handled after collection especially as they are 10%+ solids so doesn’t take much to spike them over the bonus threshold. Transport firm aren’t having it though so on we go
In your case as it is third party hauliers, it needs someone from the dairy to ride on the lorry and observe - without giving them a heads up what they are looking for. Plus a second sample not going through the autosampler or on the lorry.

We moved milk buyer from Sapoto to Omsco our Bscan was always been between 30-40 for the last twelve months, from our first pick up with omsco we have been low teans, i see our monthly average is 11. i do all the milking and nothing had changed other than buyer and haulage.
Our BF & P inmroved a bit to, but this may well be diet.
And the move from auto sampling to manual sampling.

Seam a plesant group of drivers to us, come in yard nice and steady, seam well organised, artic lorry here is easyer for them as they have to drop drag of to collect our milk but never a problem.
Cuuently not PWAB but on the list to join, but our milk goes into tank with other PWAB milk how does that work?

Haven't had a test result from Saturday's pickup yet. Nothing on Herd Companion either. I think they do still take a statutory Brucellosis test once a year, and we don't get a payment test result, wonder if it's that one.

Had no test results through for at least 10 days now, rang them yesterday and they said they’d been emailed and sent via text but would resend them, still had nothing
that will be nml, we had an a/b failure, damn certain it wasn't us, but we had bought some cows in, the test, to show which antibiotic failed, came back as tdelta, or multijet, td was unavailable from late last year, mj from early this year, we bought a box in jan, vendor positive, it wasn't him, med book, and vet letter. This failure, passed the 10min test, and milk was used, we had kept a sample, sent this, under supervision of milk buyer, for further test. Nothing came back, we chased, buyer chased hard, reply, sour on arrival, the reply, 10 days after its arrival, we complained, nml investigated, had a 'report' back, explaining, they wait for a 'batch' before running the test, and when they went to do this, about a week after arrival, it was sour ! But they are tightening their procedures ! As rather a lot of 'funny' results, nationally, i translate the letter, as sorry, we lost the sample, but will not admit it. Fine, but where does it leave us ? You get a dairy hygene inspection, after a failure, ours was today, chaps first visit, since lockdown, furloughed, or full pay, i presume !
