We had a quarterly milk test for usual cell count bacto and johnes, only recieved the johnes results back so far after 3 weeks waiting, and they don't have any cow numbers just the pot number which is absolutely useful.

Its been nearly 2 months now since the virus how are they still having these niggles?

Surely they should be throwing some serious man power at any issues all things considering?

Very glad this forum keeps us up to date! Our last test was last Tuesday's milk which was emailed on Friday. We are every other day but had been looking for more results.

Told the milk recorder that we were giving up recording last month as we now have yield recorded every day on computer and their quality results varied so widely that they were not believable.

Sent samples in for Johnes testing in Mid Sept , they keep telling me I will get results, but I have serious doubts.
Trouble is a lot of the cows are now dry so I cannot retest. Delayed testing earlier in the year because of TB tests, so a great lack of data.

I posted the 30 cow johnes test end of last month, not being optemistic of making the end of october deadline , but got the results back in less than a week, milk collection results have been back to normal. But I am still wating for saturdays results

We have had an explanation via our milk buyer. NMR have moved to office 365 for email as this is more secure. However, because of the volume of emails they send out, it is being interpreted as SPAM by many systems, so not getting through the filters. Our dairy is getting the results OK but only some suppliers. NMR are aware of the problem and may revert to old email for this service at least for now.

We’ve never once had an email, only ever a text message.

Texts started coming through as normal about 2 weeks ago, but nothing for the last 5 days now.

I've had this sent this afternoon. Hopefully it's only been a blip.

Same here.

Letter we got from them recently said the attack was ransomwear... so likely to be Russian? Anyway it might have bit deeper than they realised

We've had yesterday's results through and also an email from them confirming it was a problem getting info through file servers. I think even automated texts go via that route?

How long are people waiting for johnes results? Samples were taken 2 weeks ago and was hoping to have results before we started serving but have had to get on with it! They keep saying few more days. Incredibly frustrating. Still can't download the data from the last 2 months into uniform either. 20% discount isn't making me feel any better about the situation when essentially we have no useful data from September whatsoever!
