No Assured Wheat

I've asked before but does export wheat have to be assured?
Im sure at the right price it can be exported over the horizon and then be imported back then be magically certified :rolleyes: The clever clowns who got suckered into FA in the first couple of years deserve a kick in the balls from those of us who resisted, kicking and screaming until we had little other option but to sign up to the cartel :facepalm:

I sell feed barley to 3 or 4 farmer customers. Non have asked for a passport or assurance sticker.
main crop is wheat though , which is more difficult to sell non assured.
My trader said he can get rid of it for a "knock", spoke with him today about other issue and he said a lot of farmers have been on the phone asking the same as they have had enough now.

Why bought back? I just meant straight export.
According to the farmers weekly nearly 3 million tonnes of wheat and barley was exported from the UK between July 2019 and June 2020.
That's a lot of grain, what paperwork does it require at farm level?
