Courtesy of Zero Hedge...……….Johnsons cunning plan (I knew he had one) Its either take the deal or No deal (My choice)

Update 3: As expected, the EU has decided to support Johnson's plan after Juncker successfully sold it to the European Council, which announced during a late-day press conference that they now support the plan.
Now, the battle of Whitehall has truly begun.

I seen another video of Borris giving a speech on why it's so important for the good of the U.K. To stay in Europe , this was about six years ago. He's full of shite.
I saw an interview with your PM only a couple of weeks ago, and he was saying that there could be no change at all to the 'backstop' and that such a thing was 'impossible'. Seems he changes his mind even more quickly that Boris, and is also full of shite... who'd have thunk it?

What he said all along was that there would be no hard border , which is now the case , as far as Leo being full of shite , I agree he is , he's out of his depth as a leader of a country.

What goods will require customs checks coming from GB to NI?

Boris's deal appears to be the NI backstop the EU first suggested 2 yrs ago
Why none? The UK will no longer be in a trading block with the EU, in the event of no deal which many seem to relish, all goods will need to be checked, they are after all crossing a border and the UK wants to take back control.
Of course common sense should prevail and it looks like it has, so a trading agreement can be reached thereby requiring little if any checks.

Johnsons plan, the refudged May deal.

No, ……...Johnsons plan = except his new deal (refudged May withdrawal) or its No deal. And the EU has backed this position.

That means the Benn surrender act has been nulified. The remoaners have been outplayed on the 3D chess board.

I suspect they will vote down Johnsons deal which will give us No Deal. They will of course now be begging for a General Election where they will hope to win and overturn the No Deal outcome.

If we leave with no deal on the 31st, then have a GE (in Dec?) surely it's then far too late to re-negotiate a deal or revoke Art50?

No goods will require 'customs checks' moving from one part of the UK to another.

How do you stop for example lorry loads of chlorinated chicken crossing into the single market unless you stop them entering NI?

How do you know what items require vat or tariff rebate unless you actually check what items are moving across the irish sea

My understanding is there hs to be a joint committee formed to deal with the customs issue between ni and GB. Personal items are exempt but it was all depend on the future trading relationship too

Or how do you stop truck loads of Africans sneaking across from the EU into the UK?

The ports of SW France wont be too fussy about who is leaving on boats if they are heading for the UK.

Or will the UK suddenly stop being a magnet for illegal immigrants?

[I promise I haven't gone 'Full Gammon'...]

Good questions. I can't answer any more than to write that, from what we have been told by the EU and HMG, there will be no checks. You trust them, don't you?
