No signal from computer

Got a problem with our office desktop. Old man said the computer just froze last night so he just held the button down til it turned off. Now when you turn it on it starts up but there is no signal to either of the two monitors. Just using integrated graphics, no graphics card. Have tried taking out the battery on the mother board. Tried taking out the ram and reseating it. It has a ssd hd. Was going to try swapping the ram with my computer but it uses ddr4 and office computer is ddr3. Could it be faulty ram? Is there anything else to try?

Thanks for any advice,

Joe

Remove the RAM and see if you get any error beeps - should be something along the lines of a semi continuous tone
Tried starting it with no ram in, fans start and it whirrs a for a couple of seconds then shuts down and tries again, repeatedly. No error beeps though

Could be CPU or Motherboard failure or worse the SSD if not backed up.

Have you a copy of Windows on a disc? and have you a disc player in the computer, that would be my first thing to try see if it will start from that. Then it depends how the BIOS is set as to if it will try to boot up other than from the SSD.

From that chap in the pub:
1)Remove power cable and hold down the button that turned it off for 60 secs.
2)Reconnect and restart.
and/or locate video card and ensure securely mounted.
3) Take Clives advice.
