dont worry the price of machinery and fert and fuel are going to plummet once subs are gone? is that not what everyone that voted for brexit said? a bonfire of red tape and form filling also
no you are wrong and if you look back you will see you are wrong and if you carry on with that line your a git

Basically any FBT/AHA tenant where you have to get the landlords permission to enter a new environmental scheme could have their application to ELMs blocked. I know our FBT has a clause that we have to get written permission to enter any scheme that is longer than the length of our tenancy and that is pretty standard in most agreements
that is nothing new, any applicant to any environmental scheme who is on a tenancy shorter than the length of the scheme has always had to get landlord to sign off. Did a Mid Tier application for someone last year and had to get Crown to sign the permission forms. It's a Defra requirement irrespective of anything written in the FBT agreement.

no but a lot, it was the general theme i was coming up against, that and that landlords would simply take the hit on sub loss
Landlords are not machinery fert and fuel
Well I spose they could be and many would like to make their LL in to fert but its not the norm
