No War On Plastic?

Which is one of the reasons I don't want sewage sludge on my place. I think there is a non-zero risk that one day they are going to turn around and say 'Any land treated with it is now considered contaminated land due to micro-plastics and the following restrictions apply to its use.'
Sewage sludge is one sure fire way to lose the good will of you neighbours, never mind the micro plastics!

Whilst we’re droning on about plastic litter lay about, it narks me when you see where a car has been burnt out or been in a smash.
The lazy bloke turns up with a lorry and crane, lifts the big lump on to the truck and any bits that fall off just get left lay around.
Could be in their contract to pick everything up or not get paid.

The only time that I've had a car in a smash that required a recovery truck, was when the first Mrs LS went round a bend near the farm and had a head on crash with a German tourist on the wrong side of the road. A local recovery firm picked up the car, collected all the bits and brushed up the road. I had him just take the car back to the farm. I totally agree with your last sentence.
