Going back to the gravel bags do you need to
divide them up evenly at silo covering time to avoid any arguments?

Seriously tho anything that makes the working environment easier and more pleasant is a bonus for employees IMO

Other son had his wages deducted when he left a place for minor damages such as a bent bar on a gate, cut on scraper tractor tyre etc. He wasn't the only one that drove the scraper.
Funnily it was just enough to take his whole last pay packet!
Was talking to someone who farms nearby to them yesterday and they do it with everyone that leaves!

That’s not delusion, you need to look that word up in the dictionary plus it is a perk As a lot of farms aren’t paying lads for weeks on end then get a poxy cheque which takes another 4 days to clear....period

Big reason why I’ll never be employed in agriculture.
