Knowing Discovery 2's I'd say the chassis on that one is likely to be tender too.Technically he's not towing a trailer.
It contains water and coal, so it's a 'tender'

Wait...what! On Thursday 2nd June 2022 Police from Oxley Highway Patrol were patrolling Spring Plains Road, Wee Waa as part of Operation Convoy when they observed a Toyota towing another Toyota...www.facebook.com
Lets play spot the defects....
Ok, no functional lights or indicators on lead vehicle....
Front tyres on lead vehicle worn way below typical wear markers indicating zero tread depth left...
Third vehicle apparently being towed using an A frame and hitch made out of what appears to be an old alternator. All it's grease nipples were missing also...
Discovery being towed by a lower tax classed vehicle and using rebated fuel (coal) on which there is no road tax added.
Only 1 of the IBCs is strapped on.
No way is that towing vehicle gonna pass it's MOT or emissions test- I can't see a catalytic converter nor DPF anywhere.
Anyway, this is by the by- it's a simple case of the police stopping someone going about their lawful business and trying to work out a way to 'do' them.
That's not a large trailer!Traffic and Highway Patrol Command - NSW Police Force
