Well
Been a bit of a battlefield here these last few days
I started being sick on Saturday, followed by wife on Sunday
Then unfortunately mother and father in law on Monday
Mother in law can hardly stand never mind do the 100m dash to the loo in times of need
Father in law has Alzheimers so has no idea whats going on
So things have been a bit messy
Hopefully everyone starting to get over it now.
Staying away from others till the end of the week at the earliest

Avoid if at all possible
Not nice
Not nice at all.

Works for me with IBS and sorted son out this week. He was going to buy Imodium. That’s probably OK for emergencies but works against what the body is trying to do.
Look up both items, plenty of info, take your choice, keep the infection in or clear it out and then populate gut with protective bugs.
