North Cornwall, St Merryn area land wanted no more than 2 acres

I know everyone is wanting to have a piece of land. Please no negativity. I have holidayed 2-3 times a year in the above area for over 10 years and I just love it. I don't care if I am in a holiday house, a static or a tent (tried all 3) I still love it the same as dose my child.
I have looked at holiday homes on local parks but their even getting a but squishy now. Looking for a small piece of land for personal recreational use to either camp or put a small lodge.
Not looking for anything with planning as again it is for personal recreational reasons, happy to clean up if its been used as a more waist ground type.
I spend two weeks at Easter and Two weeks in summer (before restrictions of course) here and would love to be able to spend more of the term time holidays here, I'm a Teaching assistant so term time holidays I am grounded to and they come at a hefty price too.
I have also looked at land in France, but its just the pain of ferry crossings and that I feel at home within the above set area keeps me coming back.
Thanks Rebecca :)

Does't matter if it's got planning or not, you're still buying a development plot so will be paying accordingly. Set your budget realistically and approach landowners around the area you're interested in. I'd suggest around £50-£100k would be a sensible starting bid but you should be prepared to go higher. Also consider what you plan to do with the land otherwise, as it will need maintained which will take time and money.
