Well? What do we think of the withdrawal agreement?

A great deal has been made of this agreement, but important as it might be, i think it's only a prelude to the mammoth task of making the actual trade and regulatory deals that's yet to begin. It looks like the best job of a muddle to me.:scratchhead:
Got bored at page 200, not paying any attention to what the BBC say til I have read it even if it takes a week!
What page is Ni stuff on?

Do farmers and business people feel that the DUP are risking their livelihoods over the matter of the union? I'm a southerner, so I'm very pro remain. Or if you voted for brexit, do you still feel it's the better option? Interested to hear views from pro unionist farmers but don't want to join the political threads on here cause you get the hardline views there where as here it's ordinary farmers. I'm not trying to stir anything by the way!!

I voted to remain however not a massive eu fan

Northern Ireland does more business with the rest of the uk than the eu.

Northern Ireland has a greater % of public service jobs than the rest of uk.

Long and short of it is the Union is more important than eu. Out of the Union and there will be a lot of people out of jobs!

Don't think they are risking anything, it's easy to go against the deal when no alternative is offered and they aren't in charge or solely responsible for whatever happens next. When it comes to voting here it will be same old same old from both sides to make sure of unionist /nationalist strength in "government" if there was one. Eu has got out of hand from what it should be, a trade agreement, and has become a waste of money. I hope we leave and the whole thing collapses so we can start again with a common trade area. Not sure how it will go if we leave and still have to put money in to keep other 27 going but I think it's a chance worth taking.

Oh it's huge, it'll be a major disaster here if there's no deal :bag: most of our cheese goes to Britain. I suppose a lot of liquid milk comes down from the North so there would be a gap in the market for that. I really hope sense prevails but In some ways it won't matter, we'll all still be milking cows and not making enough money no matter what happens. So there'll be no change in that!
