So what's the score, more than 200 stock units you have to have a licence? Jump through more hoops?
Low emission spreading equipment needed for nitrates legislation. 2020 for digestate, June 2020 for derogated farms, all contractors 2021 & farms over 200 livestock units from 2022.
We seem to be in a very small minority of derogated farms actually doing it by the books. I suppose the inspectors have been working from home but even the smallest fine on our sfp would cover the cost

We’re a derogated farm too been using dribble bar for past 6 years don’t think I’d want to go back to a splash plate to be honest
