I like a man who knows exactly what he talking about, that whistle only came from a tb turbo, why do you think the sunroof on a fiat was opened from front to back, music. Replaced by Tm 120 may 07,27900 new.
The Tm 120 would make very little short of her new price if it was for sale!!
These bomb proof tractors just go and go .
We bought a 8340 in 96 she is still here mainly for spraying and other light duties but she would still step up if needed .
My last brand new tractor a 02 6290 like the 8340 costs very little to run and is probably increasing in value unlike my ahem impulse purchase 7618 which costs a fortune to service and god forbid that anything should go wrong ...You would need a loan to pay the repair bill ..
But she is a dream to drive and is really the young fellas baby ..
He has banned her from slurry work and she resides in the shed awaiting clay work . No harm really she wont break in the shed !!!

Z’s TM 120 was (maybe still is) for sale from a reputable case/NH dealer a few months ago, 4700 hours and the asking price was £31.5k

2002 TM125 still here from new, about 12,500 hours on her. Head still not touched, and I've been warned! Intending to get the valves done some wet day 😂.

The newholland and latterly the FPT engines are something else. Hardly an untouched TM in the country as far as giving them more power is concerned. 3 tractors with FPT engines in them here and each of them remapped 50hp more than standard and have been faultless for a lot of years.

Technically our TM 125 is untouched. Paint still on the cap. Mind you, we didn't need to touch anyway it because it transpired it landed in our yard with 164hp.

But yes, the next generation 6.7 definitely needed remapped as our old TM at the same dyno hp would have them for breakfast.

Never been persuaded to a light green one yet then? 😆

Not sure if that's JD, Claas, Deutz or fendt!😂

The engines are so good when mapped, you have to be careful not to overwork the back half IMHO. But, we have got on fairly well with blue over the years, back up is sound, and have been able to deal with them thus far...🤷🏻‍♂️ But the only thing I'm married to is the missus. All other things are subject to change at short notice!😁 It's only there to do a job for me.
