Il have a look at what has been recommended later if I get to town. I always thought boots should last a year.

What model are these? Mine go the same way at the heel.

Old dunlop splits at the heel every time. I'm on my second pair of the new model dunlop and they are better . Problem is there seems to be a big stock of old dunlops. The new model has red down the centre of the sole.

After a quick google nothing Wellington boot related cane up. Enlighten me, I’ve a notion this is something smart knowing you?

The guy in the shop recommended these. Never heard of them before. I think they where £45. Hopefully these last a bit longer
